L'Orealistar is an exclusive community for content creators from all L'Oréal Groupe brands. Within the community you can try products and complete missions to earn points in exchange for rewards such as product bundles and invitations to exclusive events and masterclasses.
As a member of L'Orealistar, you’ll get the opportunity to trying products; new launches and firm favourites, invitations to exclusive events, learn more about our brands, exclusive trend insights and exclusive content upskilling opportunities.
The more activities and missions you complete on the community, the more rewards you will unlock by earning stars. There are five tiers in L'Orealistar: Get Ready to Glow, Radiant Bronze, Luminous Silver, Golden Aura, and L’Orealistar. They all unlock incredible rewards such as product bundles, new launches, events, and more exclusive rewards.
Yes. It’s a legal requirement to disclose paid collaborations. You must use the built-in social media disclosure feature and include the hashtag #ad or its local equivalent (for example, in Hungary: #reklám) when posting content created through L’Orealistar. This ensures compliance with local advertising regulations. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines, which you will be responsible for. You can use music only from the TikTok Commercial Music Library (not the General Music Library). On Instagram, music and voiceovers are not allowed in reels, stories, images, videos, or carousel posts. Only your own voice and natural sounds captured in the video are permitted. t’s your responsibility to comply with copyright laws and ensure you have the necessary rights for all content you post.
You can earn stars by completing missions. These missions can be found in your profile by clicking on your name in the left right corner. The more missions you complete, the bigger the rewards:
🎁Radiant bronze: a product bundle worth €100 and the opportunity to receive PR boxes from our brands.
🎁Luminous Silver: a product bundle worth €150.
🎁Golden Aura: a product bundle worth €200.
🎁L’Orealistar: more enhanced missions by invitation only.
To unlock the opportunity to apply for free products, you need to reach Radiant Bronze level. You only need 100 points to unlock this.
Once you reach Radiant Bronze, you can apply to receive free products in the “Test products” channel in the lefthand menu.

Stars will appear on your profile as you complete missions. Some will appear directly, and others will take a little longer as they require manual validation. Don't worry, they all light up eventually!
Congratulations! We’re so glad you were able to complete all the missions. Product bundles will be sent out twice per month and it could take up to 4 weeks to receive. Thank you for being patient and we promise the bundles will arrive soon!

The way to continue increasing points within the community is by completing the missions that you will find in your profile. We’ll be posting new missions for you to complete every week, so there should be something suitable for everyone. Don’t forget to enable email notifications so you can stay up to date with all new the missions and opportunities.
Post on Instagram or TikTok with the required hashtags and mentions indicated in the mission description.
Do not modify your social content before receiving your points!
After posting, click on the button "Done! Check my profile!" available in the mission description to validate it. Points can take up to 72h to be added.
The button will be disabled in all your mission descriptions for 5 minutes once clicked. Our system will scan your social accounts and grant you with points for all the pending missions you’ve correctly completed.
Sometimes, the mission description includes examples of top-performing videos for inspiration. If none are provided, don’t worry - just follow the brief and let your creativity shine! Authentic content always performs best. For more ideas, visit the Beauty Crew community to see what other creators are sharing.
Aim to be creative, friendly, and respectful. Please avoid posting nudity or sexual content, offensive or discriminatory language, or anything political or illegal. Do not share content that could harm or upset others. Only post material you have the right to use, respect people’s privacy, and avoid promoting competitor brands or third‑party products. For more details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
Go to your profile, under settings (⚙️) > “My profile” and in the notifications section you can activate or deactivate your messages.
If you participate in product testing campaigns or special missions and forget to post your review, we’ll send you a few reminders. Please note that you must complete at least one mission every 60 days. If you don’t meet this requirement, your account may be suspended.
Once you sign up for the mission and publish the content in a fixed format (reels, photos or TikTok videos) with the hashtag that we indicate in each mission, it will take one or two days for the points to appear on your account. If you have published a story, we do not have the option to see it and, therefore, you will not be able to add points. If you’re still not seeing your points after 2 days, please double check that you have used the correct hashtag.
The platform uses automatic translations for Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian, which may occasionally result in inaccuracies. If something appears unclear, switching to English will provide the most accurate version. We apologize for any translation inconsistencies.
